They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Whenever I had physical or occupational therapy, the staff were well-knowledge and trained. They push hard, but no complaints from me, cause it really helped me in the long run. The nursing staff was excellent, their assistants were too. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them, It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I would recommend Charlotte Healthcare as THE PLACE TO GO for all your rehab and skill nursing needs.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
