The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. My Mom was there and a so-called nurse told me I wanted my Mom to die and that is why I signed a DNR, that hurt me so bad that she was so cold, I signed a DNR because my Mom suffered enough with Alzheimers and Parkinsons and some staff ignored her when she had to go to the bathroom. Overall most nurses and nurses' aides were nice, but there was a few I did not like, one was giving my Mom meds in a plastic spoon and she was moving it back and forth in a violent manner and I happened to walk into the room quietly and she did not know I was there and my Mom had a look of horror on her face, then I said is it neccessary for you to do that and she replied that was the only way she could give Mom her meds, so I said give me the spoon I will feed her and I made sure she was on report for that incident. I was very protective of my Mom, most staff members liked my Mom, but some were very questionable. If I have to go into a nursing home someday I would rather die in the wilderness.
