My mother was sent here in 2012 for rehab from a severe stroke. Care was intermittent, and several times we (her family) had to hunt down her meals--her glasses were never found! I was called to let me know she fell from her wheelchair in the dining hall, and was being taken to the hospital and they could tell me more at the hospital. I got to the hospital and the nursing home told them I could tell them all about what happened.

Recently had a relative there. Horrible smell of urine down the entire hall she was on. Went multiple days, always the same.

Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They seemed understaffed and when you are first admitted they continually fail to give new people their meds which causes problems and extended stays
