They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I would like to thank Care with Dignity for the impeccable care and attention they have shown to my family. I have experienced several different skilled nursing facilities since my family member became ill, all have been professional, but the level of kindness and empathy I have experienced with Care with Dignity is nonpareil! Everyone I have dealt with has done everything possible to try to make a very difficult time for my family as easy on us as possible.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

9/28/2010: CWD pulled a fast one on my mother-in-law. She is 72 and crippled with rheumatoid arthritis, leukemia, heart condition, and can hardly walk as her back is bent at a 90 degree angle. Apparently, she was hoarding stuff and causing clutter and was having a difficult time letting her “stuff” go. Did the staff contact us? No. Instead, after getting nowhere with my mother in-law, they said she had an infection and sent her to Kinder Care facility, which is a temporary facility. CWD sent her there because they said she has an infection. After speaking with the patient advocate at Kinder Care, we found out that there is a wound, but there is not an infection. CWD knew that Medicare would only pay for her bed for 7 days. They knew she would lose her bed. Did they contact us to see if we would pay for it or even let us know? No. As if her life isn’t hard enough already! They packed all of her personal belongings and set them outside in the alley, then called us at work and told us to come get her stuff. Including her electric wheel chair, clothes, photographs, everything. Then Dave, the Head of Nursing staff, who my mother in-law has been complaining about as abusive to her, threatened to throw her recliner chair in the trash while she was gone. He is a very rude person. This place is not clean. The staff handled this situation very inhumanely. I would not recommend you trust your loved ones in the hands of these horrible people.
