Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

my father in law has been there a few months now and he is not treated very well,
3 week back we told them about his broker wheelchair and it still not fixed
they sit by himself for hours not doing anything and just sitting in his whellchair
this back hurts because of this. they also feed him this sames food, nobody wants
the same food every day. you talk to the staff and it does no good at all

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
