My loved one had a horrible experience with this home. They do not communicate and nobody appears to know what is going on from one day to the next. They messed up the medications so bad, was told this is a nursing home not a hospital, the aids didn't know how to assist with the type of injury, the food wasn't good. Don't dare ask for anything extra or special. They tell you ok when you ask but they never follow through.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
