This place should be shut down. Never in my life did I feel so angry then I do when I walk into this place that seems to be stuck in a time zone. My mom has been a resident for two months and i have put in for a transfer to another facility because of the lack of care, compassion and kindness to the residents. And don't get me started on the unsanitary conditions maybe if the rooms and residents were washed properly there wouldn't be cockroaches. Anyone that is associated with Bristol Manor You should be ashamed of yourselves but I will pray for you Because Karma's a B**ch

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The nursing director is a nasty evil witch, not reprimanded by the administrator. The CNAs run the show, they tell off the patients and their families, they sleep in patient beds, steal patient belongings, they call on their cell phones, eat food all day, ignore patients, never wash patients, never change beds, steal towels and sheets for themselves.and the nurses work like dogs. DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. All they do is point fingers at other employees saying it wasn't their shift, or not their responsibility. The stench in the hallways is enough to make you vomit! They let their clients sit in their own excretions while ignoring their helpless cries for help. This was my disgusting experience with Bristol Manor.

This place is a joke!!!! Nobody answers the phones, the place is dirty. The CNA's sleep in the unattended patient rooms. The poor RN's get no help. It is one RN to 80 patients per floor. The nursing director is a mean, nasty woman. The laundry is picked up once every week and a half and the rooms smell like stale urine. The bed linens are only changed if they appear dirty. They make countless mistakes in patient charts and with medication. Numerous excuses as to why your loved one can't be washed. The CNA's spend most time talking on their cell phones in patient rooms and heating up their food in the microwaves. If you do not visit your loved one in this facility, you never know what is going on. Many of the employees seem to have an attitude or just don't care. The adminstrator doesn't want to get involved. Regular lay people are allowed behind the desk looking at patients personal records. Something really needs to be done here.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
