Since I love to write I will put some words down about my home on the 2nd floor at Alaris Health at Rochelle Park (Formerly known as Bristol Manor Health Care Center). I am here over a 1/2 year at least and have been very contented. Everyone has treated me very well. The nurses are excellent, alert and caring. The Aides take very good care of me. Always very helpful, even the cleaning folks are pleasant. I would be very happy if I were permitted to always remain here in my current room on the second floor.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. There is no way I ever would have gone to this place if I had known how horrible it was going to be. I'm definitely not going to be recommending it to any of my friends or family. Their facility was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something just from being there. When I asked them to do something they did it but would never give medicine after seeing results were low unless i told them. It smells here! Also, when bringing out dinner, lunch trays were still in room and garbage over flowed to the floor. they only clean rooms 1 time a day!

The staff is somewhat pleasant and helpful. They appear overworked and that is when attitudes erupt. The attentive to patients is somewhat okay. Due to the lack of staff, they sometimes appear to neglect the patients. The accommodations are adequate and clean. The food can be better prepared and provided to the patients giving them pro choice in some of the things they would like to eat, instead of the same thing every day. More sanitary stations are needed as well. The location of the facilities are also adequate (easy to find with clear directions). Security needs to be greatly improved.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
