This is a mental health facility and should not be compared to geriatric facilities. Some of the nurse's aides are rude and disrespectful and uninterested in doing their job. Some of the nurses appear curt and annoyed when you need them. However, there are staff who go above and beyond to assist in any way they can. The food is good. They offer a wide variety of activities in and out of the facility. The care plan person is competent and helpful. Counselors are good. Housekeeping and maintenance could be much better. The place is dirty and in poor condition. Furniture is falling apart. Wallpaper is torn and falling off. Carpets are dirty and sometimes smell of urine. The grounds/landscaping is unkempt, frequently overgrown. It's often too hot or cold. It smells of cigarette smoke in winter. Overall, it's not a bad place. It has some good things going on.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
