I am not liking this place very much. My mother went in for rehab for a lower back surgery. She arrived Saturday the 13th. Since she has checked in the service in this place has been very erratic. The aides appear to have an attitude. Haven't seen one LPN or RN smile. The rooms are run down and dirty. My mother has dietary issues but if she cannot eat something they will offer her another choice of food (i.e. sandwich) but then it comes poorly made and delivered with an attitude.

She has been awakened at 5 am in the morning due to the staff congregating in the hallway outside her door laughing and snapping selfies (Really?).

I know that people in pain and who are recuperating can be testy, but then don't do this type of work if you don't have compassion and empathy.

Anyway, I am sorry my mother chose this place to rehabilitate. Even more sad is that she is now upset, not getting good care and most of the staff is giving her a nasty attitude.

The administrative personnel at this location are horrible. Very rarely do I receive a call back. Personnel act concerned;however, nothing is rarely done unless I take the time off of work to go there in person.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
