Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Management is almost always unavailable. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Clearly the facility is understaffed. The halls have a musty odor. The facility is prone to flooding which confines the residents to the indoor areas whenever it rains. The air conditioning is frequently turned off for 'repairs'.Fire alarms are always going off for no known reason. Management is very unconcerned about resident needs. Not a place good place to leave a loved one.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
