Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. Ac does not work properly, you can bed bug bites on residents place is gross would not put my loved one in this facility!!!!!!!!!!!!
