Run, don't walk away from here. Forget the Medicare or state rating system! My father passed away in September and I am convinced his year long stay here contributed to his death. Staff is apathetic and lazy, management is clueless and unresponsive, decor is dated, and dining room is not clean. Mostly the problem is the bad attitude of most of the staff, and that translates into very poor resident care. Just go away from here. There are better places in Houston for you or someone you love.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
