Terrible. My mom is miserable there. They only care about how much money they can make. The management is arrogant and incompetent.. Do NOT put yourself or a loved one in this place.

Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
