Was unable to contact my sister who was transferred from OSU to Arcadia Acres. No one called to say she had arrived and was safe. I tried to call her cell phone but she has no service. My sister is a vent pt. and is unable to make her way to a hallway to take a phone call. I am not only unhappy but totally freaked out I can make sure my sister is okay as I live in South Florida and is her MPOA. Very scary.
