Blatant Disrespect of the Elderly, Unprofessional staff, Patient can be waiting for long lengths of time after ringing for help/assistance. Definite Neglect going on !!! Sad, Very Sad!!

my husband was in arbors east and i would never send him or anyone there again. you ask for information on your family member and you get nothing. my husband had been there a while and they were told several times he hadn,t had a shower for a while and it took 4 or 5 times of telling them he needed a shower before he got one. the last few days he was in there he said he didn,t feel safe there and wanted to come . they would stand outside him room at night and laugh and talk loud so he couldn,t sleep and one night there was a fist fight in one of the rooms next to him. if you ever have to put a loved one in a nursing don,t go to arbors east.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone. My loved one did not feel safe. They forced her to take medications that she did not need. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They seemed stuck in the past. Patients has died from medical malpractice.

Please don't put anyone in here that you care about. Couldn't get the meds when they were suppose to. Didn't have transportation to specialized treatments when they were supposed to. One star is too high for this place.
I saw soiled sofa seats in the common room. The air conditioner front was hanging by one bolt. You could see a half inch of dust.
They told me they would report me to Adult Endangerment services if I tried to take my wife out of this place.
