Outstanding Facility!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My mother has had pleasure of living in this facility for over a year. The staff has been very pleasant and professional. I cannot recommend this facility enough! Each of the nurses and the recreational staff are a joy. My mother was very unhappy when she first went in to the nursing home, but they made her feel welcome and they genuinely care about her health. She enjoys the numerous activities and has even made many new friends!!My mother is in Rosewood and loves living there. I cannot recommend this Facility enough. I know this is a five star rating system, but I would give it a 10.

My Father was a residence in this facility for 1 1/2 yrs....the Rosewood Nursing Staff, Aides, and Activities Team should be commended for their dedication and expertise in looking after their Residents. My Family is grateful for the level of care they provided to My Dad when he was there. Thank You

My wife had the bad luck to be sent to arborscare in Toms River several months ago and it was the worst experience of our lives.neglect is rampant I saw it as well as for my wife.wendy metzger who runs the place has her staff so terrified of their jobs they will not do what is right for the patients .i told her this.during our care conference and they would not listen to her and none of the other staff would even look at us.they closed it without helping her.i spoke with metzger and she had me removed by police.they then completely ignored her and she had to arrange transportation to another facility and they cheered when she left.how is this allowed? I have contacted the state and hovnanian who owns this.this place reeks of evil and suffering.DONT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE,!

The staff at this facility were unprofessional especially the social worker. This woman had no compassion whatsoever. The only thing they were good at was taking my parent's money. They have no capacity to deal with challenging patients and their image, rather than good care is their priority. They are underhanded , but luckily my parent went to a much better facility with compassionate, caring staff. Avoid this place.

We went to this nursing home based on its ratings. Our parent had a stroke and was at the beginnings of dementia. But our parent did not like this place complaining that they would leave him in bed until close to lunchtime. But let me tell you what they did. Staff called us and stated my parents behavior was getting worse. And she suggested we go to a dementia related facility that was still part of Their company. What angered us was that less than two weeks Prior to Her call There was a meeting held about my parents behavior. There was no suggestions then of the dementia facility. We were against this move cause if the way it was handled. Close to two weeks later, We were told that our parent wanted to commit suicide and was being transferred to the hospital for psychological evaluation. Upon his release arbors would not take him back. this was the best thing that happenned. We went into a facility Whose staff especially the social worker was extremely kind to my parent and us as well. It was less expensive to. And for some reason it was poorly rated. But this goes to show you that ratings mean nothing.
We did not like arbors. But that doesn't mean you may not like it. Our suggestion is that you ignore ratings and see for yourself. Arbors had a good rating but we were glad that staff threw my parent out because they is now in a facility that may be rated poorly, but staff there, especially the social worker treat us kindly and our parent with respect and compassion.

I will post MY detailed review of this hellhole when my parent is taken home.
I can't believe this center rec'd 4.5 stars based on 2 reviews.
Which in my business; would come from someone who worked for me.
NO ONE CARES...nursing got a 1; there are no aides around. I'm suppose to feel sorry for them because they have 15 patients to take care of. Not my problem that the facility is short staffed. You can never find anyone. Bells are ringing and NO ONE COMES....someones' parent could be laying on the floor and NO ONE COMES ! Again this is only the beginning. I will post another review and take this further when we bring my parent HOME where they will be safe ! Mine got worse in there.
