The facility is beautiful! The care provided is less than exceptional however. They neglect to care properly for their residents, very neglectful on keeping rooms clean, making promises that aren't kept, and care givers show no concern for residents well being.

I have had one STNA that has gone above and beyond for our family, but one out of how many is unexceptionable. The therapy center has very caring personnel.

Would I recommend this facility too anyone, I would have to say no.
