I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the staff at GSHS! My dad has been a cardiac patient of yours for the last 3 days and the nurses have been absolutely WORTHLESS! Multiple times his call light had been on and went UNANSWERED. The doctors NEVER came in today as they said they would to give him any results from his tests! I work at UNMC in Omaha and am absolutely APPALLED at the so-called service you claim to provide! As a fellow health care provider I am ASHAMED! I was born and raised in Kearney and have never had good service at Good Sam. Your nurses should be ASSISTING patients and stop gossiping in the hallways and ignoring calls! I will be filing a formal complaint about this!
