Don't go to this hospital. They do not ethically care for patients. All they want is the insurance money. They do not care about patients well being. They employ Doctors that keep patients in just to collect on Insurance Money. They don't return your phone calls and they totally disregard anything the patient or the family wants. They feel they are above the law. If you go there sane you leave insane. This hospital and its practices make me never want to go to a doctor again. Terrible place.

The staff at Fair Oaks are not reliable. The placement was horrible for my grandmother. Did not meet her needs at all. They just wanted to get rid of her. Very, very unprofessional, especially the therapist. I don't even know how she got that title. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. This place is suppose to help with metal illness, but that's the least they do.

This facility is terrible. It is more like a prison than a place to get help. It is so filthy I didn't want to touch a thing, don't even get me started on the bathrooms. Doctors, what doctors?, they are no where to be found. If you go in there sane you will be leaving insane.
