I say, don't waste your time with this place. They never answer their phones (as if they are screening it or something). Total rip off and can't forget plain OLD RUDE!

Avoid this place at all cost. I went in for an invisalign consultation, which i was told was free. I shopped around like any other person would before jumping on with any ortho. This office (DR VALI) called me, even sent me letters claiming they'd want to "help me". I decided to go with someone else. So what did this ortho do; First off they tried to get as much money as they could from me. Scum bags billed my insurance claiming that the consultation was $250. My insurance would only cover a small portion ($17). A few weeks later, I get a bill from this dental office saying I owe them $50 for the consultation. Its obvious, that they tried to get as much money as they could from my insurance but since they got denied, they are charging me $50. Worst part is they billed me 2 months later and had the nerves to write on the bottom that I was 30 days late and subject to more additional charges. This is a slimmy dental office. She chose to put her business in an expensive business building where she probably cant afford, hence that is why she charges for whatever, whenever, possible.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!
