I've been a patient of Dr. Cronin since 2006. Her care is excellent - hands down. She has treated me for thyroid, hormones, weight management and anxiety, and has used nutritional support, acupuncture, hormone replacement therapy and prescription drugs to IMPROVE my health - always with my preferences as her guide. She is kind and thorough and takes the time to listen! I have never felt like a number, an five minute appointment, or a co-payment. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Cronin always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. She always listens to every question or concern I may have. She has been very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. When I am there I get her full attention and whatever time I need. At times, it can be difficult to get a call back for questions and appointment schedules, which is frustrating. I have seen Dr. Cronin for years, and my health has greatly improved, more with her than anyone else in my life. I cannot thank her enough.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
