Dr. Downes, is wonderful. I have back issues. I have been seeing her for 26 years. She is always there when you need her. You walk out feeling great. Her staff is great too.

I was very lucky to have someone refer me to this wonderful practice. The office staff is caring and efficient. Dr. Downes is wonderful. I was seen for back issues and if felt much better after only one visit. I am very interested in exploring the other health options she has available to optimize my health. Thank you for seeing me.

Our experience with this clinic has been excellent. The doctor listens very well and explains our care on each. I have lost 54 pounds under her guidance and have been taken off all heart medicines. I am able to walk without back pain, for the first time in many years.

The doctor took care of my back problem that I had been having for years, and in only a few visits! The staff were very professional and accommodating to my needs. The receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant and worked with me to set my appointments and resolve insurance billing issues. The treatment from the Doctor was excellent, although she often overruns appointment times by being late arriving, or carrying on conversations with patients in the next room. Other patients in waiting room have said the same. Other than that, the care has been great.

Dr. Downes is a skilled chiropractor; she's always been helpful with my problems, but the wait and lack of professional courtesy is ridiculous. She is always running late - every appointment I've had is at least 30-40 minutes behind schedule. The office staff is great, always pleasant, answers every question, and gets me started on stim on time but then it's like you are forgotten about by the doctor as she loudly chats away with another patient about non-chiropractor related stuff (weather, family, whatever). I would only recommend if you have time to waste.
