Dr Chun takes the time to do a diagnosis, explains the problems and solutions and creates an appropriate treatment plan. He also takes the time to answer my questions and concerns. Their facility is clean and has the machines I need for my treatments. Easy to get to and always have parking in the front or in the rear parking lot.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
The environment is candid and comfortable, not rushed or without personality like many other medical offices. Everyone there, staff and patients, seem genuinely happy, it's a good environment to be in. It's a bonus that Dr. Chun is a preferred provider in my PPO network as well.
