I saw Dr. Vetter for an emergency appointment when I began profusely bleeding during the eleventh week of my pregnancy. He told me that it was a miscarriage and that we would track my levels back down to zero to be sure that i did not need a D&C. He never ordered a sonogram to check to see that the baby was gone. After a week of blood tests and mourning, I went back for a follow up visit in which he told me that my levels were still high. He then sent me for a sonogram in which I found my baby was alive and well. If I had had the sonogram right away, it would have saved me much pain and heartache and I could have avoided the depression and anxiety that followed. I switched doctors after this experience.

I couldn't agree more Nat563. I've had nothing but great experiences at Brick Women's Physicians. Sure, I've had to wait a little some times but if I had an emergency I would hope the doctors would spend a lot of time with me and not rush me out because someone else was waiting. I was able to make appointments when I had some concerns. Because I know there is a wait to see the doctors I make my yearly appointments way ahead of time. I had a great pregnancy and I thank God for that. I also thank these doctors because I felt totally comfortable in their care. The staff was really sweet and I loved being able to choose from the different locations. I would absolutely recommend this practice. Actually, I have recommended them and my friends love them too.

I had such a great experience with Brick Women's Physicians. During my pregnancy I got the chance to see all three doctors and was comfortable with all of them. I had some problems with my pregnancy and Dr. Vetter was so compassionate. I didn't feel rushed and he calmed me down with his medical knowledge. He took a long time checking me out and discovered the problem. I never felt that I was bothering him in any way. I've had doctors before who made me feel as if I was bothering them. I will definitely go back to their practice when I have my second baby.

I made an appointment in May to become a new patient of the practice of Dr. Vetter, Dr. D. Morgan, and Dr. Pagano in Brielle. I am a mother of 2 toddlers, and my husband and I both work full time, so it is not easy for me to find time for even doctor appointments. However, I was overdue for an annual exam and was also experiencing pain in my abdomen so I made the appointment. In early June the pain became more bothersome and I took an over the counter test which said I should "contact a health provider immediately." When I contacted this practice they told me they didn't have me on record as having an appointment and that they would give me a new appointment. They also told me that they couldn't help me with my current issue and that I would have to wait to see the doctor during my newly rescheduled appointment. On the morning of the re-scheduled appointment I arrived to find the practice NOT there. It was not their day to be in the Brielle office. A woman who shares the office with this practice said, "This happens all the time." I called Dr. Vetter in the Brick office, and after telling the receptionist that I would like to talk to someone to file a formal complaint, I was put on hold for ten minutes and then told, "If you have a medical problem you should visit an emergency room." So the bottom line for me is that I've waited about two months to have a medical issue resolved, and the staff at this practice does not care. Until I can see another doctor, I must worry about what this two month waiting period has done to my health. The irony is that while on hold for all those times, the recorded message says, "We care about you. YOu're not just a number, but a unique patient." I would highly advise against anyone becoming a patient.
