The dr is great but his staff is incompetent. I was called and told that my appointment would be canceled if I didn’t have blood work done. I told Becky that I did and gave her the hospital and asked her to let me know if she found them. I received no call so I cancelled at 3:33 and told Becky that I didn’t get a call. Literally 20 minutes later the nurse calls to tell me she found it. I told her I cancelled and she offered to reverse the cancellation. I also told her that I called for a refill of my depression meds and it was a week and still no meds. Needless to say I called to talk to the doctor directly and I received no call. Very unprofessional!!!!! I will be going elsewhere.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
