My husband & I have attempted to lose weight and get back to a healthy diet many times, and always failed. Judith provided us with the nutritional supplements, in depth analysis of our body types, continuing emotional support that has allowed both of us to realize over 13 lbs in weight loss over 8 weeks. Neither of us has had the cravings for sugar, carbs and fats that crashed previous attempts. We have been amazed at her knowledge and care for us during the process. We are still working towards our weight goals, but have every expectation of meeting them this time. Highest praise from both of us.
