Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.

Dr. Troy is the most friendly, compassionate Doctor I have ever met. I went to him with back pain and shooting pain down my legs. He began conservative treatments (physical therapy etc.), and I was feeling better for awhile. After about a year of treatments I could tell that my condition was not getting any better and I was still unable to work. He discussed all possible options with me, but I was hesitant to have surgery. He gave me his cell phone number to call him any time I was having bad problems and said he would help any way he could (What Surgeon does that?).
Well, I couldn't handle the pain anymore and decided to go under the knife. Dr. Troy was so wonderful. He explained everything to me before the procedure and made me feel very at ease. The surgery was a success and I got my life back! He was with me all the way. The rehab. was long and boring but he somehow made sure I stayed focused and motivated.
Thanks goes out to Dr. Troy! He gave me my life back and now I can play with my 2 yound daughters once again.
