Had a chance to meet Dr. Troy for my mothers knee replacement surgery. It did not take long to see his professionalism, friendliness and confidence. I knew right away this is the doctor for my knee problem. My surgery went beautifully, as did the more complex one for my mother. He is outstanding. I would send anyone I know who has any kind of joint issues. I just wish he was practicing when I needed my back surgery. I would strongly recommend meeting with him before you decide on someone else.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. i am sorry they are no longer at the palos hills location.
