My questions were ignored and ended leaving me wondering if I were responsible for finding a specialist myself as the "good" doctor fails to communicate. I asked three times for the referral before getting a name, not a list of choices. His staff is unfriendly and also needs communication courses. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping, didn't answer all my questions, and put words in my mouth. I won't ever visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Garelick is rude and highly judgemental. He does not have a good mannerism in dealing with people. He never contacted me after I saw a specialist despite that other doctor's email saying I was ready for a visit with him. I see now he has a poor rating in communicating with people.

This dental office was a great surprise. A little gem I found tucked away in the Albertson's shopping center. Great office, fair prices and great doc who took time to get to know me and my concerns. Staff was friendly and gave me lots of great information. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
