I do not feel cared-for at all in HIS care. I definitely have doubts about his qualifications. His bedside manner is condescending and rude. The wait is always at least an hour or more after the scheduled time. I usually have a 3-4 o'clock afternoon appt. Since I can't drive and my husband is in the Army, and am not seen until almost 5pm, when he rushes in and out like he can't wait to get to happy hour. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, he just cannot seem to remember my condition, and makes no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone who might
actually read my chart and remember my issues and past testing that was done.
Every time he leaves the room, the staff makes comments about how disorganized and rushed he always is, and ask me if he actually listened and did what I asked of him. He makes me uncomfortable and stressed, but I haven't been able to find another off-post provider. It takes them forever to get back to me, until I met one of his assistant's, Brandi,I never got my questions answered or the medication I asked him to replace because it isn't working. When I go to my specialty providers, and they ask who my doctor is, they cringe when I tell them his name. I cannot function normally anymore due to the pain, and it is effecting my daily life and that of my family. In my opinion, he has too many patients and does not take the time to listen and UNDERSTAND my problems. I only continue to see him because I can't find another provider. He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. I cannot take the stress anymore. Please help me.

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The doctor was friendly enough I guess. Not super outgoing, but I felt comfortable there. Doesn't really keep up-to-date on your conditions. Didn't remember that I fell off my roof, gives me medications that do not help my chronic pain, I have several chronic conditions, including fibro, high BP, panic disorder, and recently broke my tibial plateau, foot, and dislocated and smashed my radial bone which had to be replaced with a pin.( from falling 20' off my roof). This gives me incredible pain, so much so that cannot function in simple daily activities. My stress levels are out of control and I can't even type or attend college, which I am forced to do online, and my arm/hand hurt so badly I can barely type and cannot lift a pot to cook. I do NOT recommend this doctor.
