Absolutely awful office. This is a new clinic, you would think their staff would be up to date on personal communication with the patients. They are rude, and SLOW. I had to go to this clinic because my insurance. I am changing my insurance so I never have to deal with these people again. I am a very patient and can tolerate a lot of bs. But my experience with this office Is unforgivable and deffinately drew a line for how much I can handle. My first appointment was "lost" and I wasn't even in the computers after being on the phone for 45 mins giving the woman my entire life's information, she lost it??? I drove all the way to the clinic to find this out. Then wasnt even seen right away even though it was their mistake, instead my simple appointment was rescheduled for two weeks. When I finally do get to go they took forever to even see me, I was in a room for half an hour. Might I add I was simply there for a referral to an obgyn. All I needed was a urine test to confirm my pregnancy then I would go to my obgyn. There was no reason this took so long. I personally asked the dr to refer me to a specific doctor he said yes of course. Another two weeks later an ob office I have never even heard of calls me to schedule an appt. I told them I had no idea what they were talking about. The woman informed me they received a referral saying I was to be seen. This was NOT CORRECT AT ALL. The dr repeatedly asked which dr I would like to see, thank you for showing your patients how much you care about their personal preference. I wouldn't suggest this clinic even if you were dying with pneumonia, because you will deffinately not be treated with respect, a timely manner or with your best interest in mind.

I know someone who lives in Nashville, who is going to this doctor just to get narcotics. I'm surprised someone hasn't done something about this already. Someone should. I don't really want to even attach 1 star to this practice. Any physician who supports a patient's drug addiction & "doctor shopping" habit needs to be put out of practice. I'd also really like to put the person whom I know is his patient away for a long time.

This "doctor" is a drug dealer!!!! He sends his patients home with enough pharmacutical drugs to kill an elephant! I don't see how he is still how he is compling with regulations.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
