She really inspired me to make some changes and stick with them. She provided some very specific suggesstions that helped helped me to regulate my hunger and stabilize my blood sugar so I no longer get thpse huge cravings and binges. She has been a life saver.

I've struggled with weight since I was a child and was always tired of Doctors telling me I needed to lose weight but not offering any solutions. Janet Litwack made me feel like there exist possibilities that aren't burdensome or excruciating but positively life-changing!

Hey y'all!

Like most athletes trying out for an intensive sport, I grew obsessed with working out. I was skinny before I started but my workout regiment started to dramatically effect my weight. After several friends told me I wasn't looking healthy, I decided to consult Janet. She informed me that I was 20-30 pounds underweight for a typical 5'9 Male. Astonished and discouraged by this news, I was suddenly less worried about getting cut from tryouts and more worried about my health. However Janet's positive attitude and desire to genuinely help, motivated me to change. She placed me on a diet that was geared to not only help me put the weight back on but also countered the amount of physical activity I was involved in. Within 8 weeks I gained a very healthy 25 pounds, and was relieved when my friends and family told me how healthy I looked. While it may seem scary or embarrassing to ask for help, once you talk to Janet you'll forget all your initial fears! I refer everyone to her because she's both a nutritionist and a friend during consultation.

I consulted Janet because I was having problems with my blood sugar dropping when I did long trail rides with my horse. The horse can graze along the way, but I can only eat what I can carry in a small saddle pack. She recommended some hi protein and high fiber/complex carb items to me to eat that are light and don't need refigeration. I was always fearful of getting shaky and irritable on the trail because I didn't have the right thing to eat, but now I have some food items that I can keep in my saddle pack all the time for when I get hungry. I've used them several times and I don't get hungry or shaky for several hours. Because Janet listened carefully to my problem, she was able to offer a solution that was perfect for my situation!

I think anyone who has trouble losing weight can say the same thing: "it is hard to find someone that we are comfortable with and who makes you feel good about you." at least that how it has always been for me and those I know.

I can go on and on about how amazing Janet is but I don't think you want to read all of that. What I can say flat out if that I have losy 17 lbs this month and am following a program that Janet customized for me.

Anyone can tell you to not eat garbage, but in the end we all want to eat a little of that and Janet will work that into your program so you don't have to totally give everything up. She coaches you and teaches you why certain foods are not good for you so that you become educated yourself. pretty neat in my opinion.

I would recommend janet to anyone and everyone!
