I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Dr. Hartley is highly respected by his staff. It is a small practice and everyone is committed to caring for the patient. Dr. Hartley listens, is conservative, and the gentlest chiropractor I have ever been too. The office looks more like a spa than a doctor's office. You feel more relaxed immediately. The office is located in one of the newest business complexes in Lake Wylie, next to the Chamber of Commerce.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
