Provider has billed for services never rendered. Unable to reach staff to get resolved. Billed insurance again! Office has been told time and time again that insurance coverage is only for preventative. Billed my insurance for restorative work on top of it not being performed. Beware! Staff needs to pay more attention. If they are rushed they either need more help or slow down. Very frustrated!

First let me say, the experiences I have had in the chair I cant complain about. But, my experience with this office was more or less a matter of non communication. I went in for my 6 month cleaning with no expectations of any changes in regards to insurance. My insurance always paid for preventative work to this Dr. She was a preferred provider. I wasnt told that my insurance was dropped by this office. Not on a reminder call nor at the time of my visit. Now I am stuck with the whole amount that this office charged for my cleaning. Thankfully, I didnt have x-rays. I found this information out only when I had received my EOB. I proceeded to call the office. Staff member was to followup with me, no return call. I made a second call to the office and was advised that the Drs. decided to no longer accept my insurance. I still have additional work that needs to be done but I will look for another provider that communicates better. I will be cancelling my families future appointments as well.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Absolutely!

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Been patient there for few years and noticed that the office is not very friendly anymore. Dr. Parks is rushed and seems confused. The office is older but clean.

Dr Park is the best dentist I had in my life. I had many bad ones in my life... She is gentle, kind and very good at explaining all the treatment options. This office took care of my insurance billing questions and made it easy. Recommend highly!
