They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the strong efforts they made to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only did they thoroughly review my medical history before I started treatment, they sat down and discussed it with me too. They asked me questions, and made sure they had all the information they needed before treatment. I knew that the treatment I received would be more accurate and effective because they took the time to review my medical history.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Dr. Albertson is an amazing practitioner - I was in a terrible car accident and very heavily medicated. She got me off me Western Meds and eliminated my horrible migraines and foggy cognition. I am eternally thankful for her help. Her NAET Therapy truly works!
