I have been a client of Sue's for many years and I have always had a wonderful experience. She is very professional and very good at her job. I always leave completely relaxed and feeling renewed. Sue always returns calls and emails. I would highly recommend her services. I've gone to many other places and she has given me the best massage and is a very nice person.
I had issues with this thearpist. My husband bought me a certificate back in May of 2011. I went to originally book online and I thought I did. Apparently I did not as I went in and no one was there. I left messages several times of the next few months and didn't get a call back. I called Wed and after 5 hours of no call back got frustrated. Went to book online and was told my certificate was invalid. My husband called, left a message that probably wasn't pleasant, we were frustrated at this point. No return call, he calls back speaks to her husband who then has his wife call us back. I go for my massage. The place itself is ok. it's in a chiropractors office, you can hear everyone talking and even toilets flushing while you are there. She extended my massage from a half hour certificate to a one hour one. I left feeling ok that even though the process was frustrating she tried to do ok by me until I received this email below. I find the following completely unprofessional and with so many places to choose from one that appreciates your business and makes it easier to get an appointment might be more worth it. Dear Kelly,
I hope you enjoyed your gift today of your hour massage. It was a gift, not because I did anything wrong but because you looked like you could use it. My work phone was not working yesterday so I was not able to pick up my messages until it was fixed today. I listened to your husband’s message and felt that I need to get a few things straightened out. First of all, you did not book an appointment online with me the last time. I told you that at the time. With the kind of gift certificate you had the system would not take it as your husband found out when he tried to book online. Secondly, I did not get back to him because I could not access the messages on my machine where he left them. The last time he called on my google number so at one point my husband was able to get it before it went to the voicemail and I called back as soon as I could. I can tell you that I very much resent your husband and his accusations, and apparently yours since you did not tell him the truth about booking that appointment. I think it best if your husband buys his gift certificates elsewhere from now on.
As I said, I hope you enjoyed your massage and that you are able to get many more in the future. I felt the need to get this off my chest and now there are no hard feelings. I wish you well. Susan
