The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. However; None of the parents who go there follow this rule so this didnt make me calm at al. Parents in my community don't respect them at all. They are definitely not recommended by any of the parents I know. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I definitely don't trust them to have my child's best interest at heart. I feel like their top priority is just making money. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

I made an overpayment back in January of 2008. So my daughter is nearing two years old. They will not and still have not given me a refund. If I owed them the money, I would have been sent to collections. I have faxed them my receipts, called probably 30 times, and they give me the run around. At this point, I am going to start calling weekly, and I am going to file a complaint with the medical board and blue cross blue shield. Some people were nice in the office, but the doctor is a stuffy old man who should retire. I also saw him smoking in the parking lot once when I left. Would not recommend him at all.

I don't know about Dr. Carrazco, because I never got to see him. There are one or two nice nurses that I observed but all of the "professionals" that "helped" me all had the attitude of a snotty high-schooler; mind you, the last offense was from some old man that should've known better. The first words out of his mouth were dripping with attitude and not at all helpful. The last thing I need when my son is sick is some gatekeeper on a power trip. Shame on you Dr. Carrazco for staffing your practice with a bunch of quasi professionals that don't know the first thing about customer service! I try not to be snobbish, but I am so over the clinic mentality at your office. I'll be taking my good insurance elsewhere, thanks...
