They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, they were fully staffed

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
