I did not have a problem with the physicians. I had issue with the billing office and the clinic being knowledgeable about co-pays and insurance. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER BEFORE GOING TO EYECARE. You should ask what you are being charged and find out what your insurance covers. In my case I was charged $50 for a contact lens fitting fee when my actual co-pay is $35. It was extremely difficult trying to get the difference refunded to me.
It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
