They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
