Horrible experience. Front desk had an attitude. Doc wasn't personable. Felt like he didn't care at all about me, just wanted my money.

They make no effort to be flexible in booking appointments. Very frustrating! I am always looking for the best in the field to recommend to others, and I did not find that here. I will never return, nor recommend them to anyone I know based on my experience. I was surprised after my appointment that none of my questions were answered. I really wish I had gotten more information. They were so impolite to me during my appointment. They were extremely discourteous and bad-mannered. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. all dr kohli and his staff cares about is the CO-PAY for everything they call you in to pay your co-pay, follow-ups, refills, everything is for billing the insurance and getting the co-pay, and others have noticed that too, AVOID HIM!!! also office staff is rude and one girl has an attitude problem...

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
