I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my mom's well-being. His advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. He definitely cares about his patient's comfort because he has the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my mom's physical appointment. He always makes an extra effort to make us feel respected and attended to. Dr. Abbott and his staff always listens to every question or concern we may have.

Not Really

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They were decent, but not very affordable

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
