They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
