Sharon does an excellent job with deep muscle pain associated with heavy weight lifting. I am impressed with her knowledge of the muscles and how they act on each other. She is also able to draw on her knowledge of reflexology to find a sometimes elusive cause of my pain that I am unable to pinpoint.
