There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. rude people work for him , never return phone calls or prescrption requests .
