Front desk staff is not super friendly and the office is very hesitant to issue refunds after insurance has processed the claim. You will also have an extremely difficult time reaching anyone on the phone regarding your account. If you can get past having to deal with all of that, Dr. Hunter is very friendly and thorough.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
