They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary and always make me feel comfortable. They are always very considerate and professional. I was explained about possible side effects before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They are extremely informative. I've never had a concern about their being willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question pr about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office is very clean and pleasant. They are now at a hospital on the outskirts of town, but I don't mind driving there for their excellent services.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
