It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I also totally trust his opinion and skill. I have had previous brain surgery from another Neurosurgeon in Milwaukee, in which I wound up with permanent nerve damage in my head and face. I wish I would have gone to Dr Mueller before I let the other surgeon touch me. I might have saved myself from dealing with the pain/issues that I will have to deal with the rest of my life.
dr. mueller told me he had no choice, but to operate on my brain cancer, i told him i have no insurance an cannot pay for this. he stated " I cannot turn my back on this" and he did not. the surgery was performed . 1 year later i am being sued by the hospital that employ's him. I hope he has a guest room .......... because i will have no were to live .
thank you for my new quality of life dr mueller........ laura
Dr. Wade Mueller performed a right-temporal craniotomy on me in 1997. He was an amazing professional but remained very patient directed throughout my care. Unfortunately I moved out of state and cannot commute to see him for my follow-up visits. I recommend him most highly and would choose him to be my neurosurgeon again in a heartbeat!!!!!
