Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The review by Lisa is obviously from a person that has never been in Dr. Langlois' office. I have been her patient for over 20 years, and have never once had the time to even open a magazine in her waiting room before being ushered back to an exam room. (There IS no 'waiting room drag') She was a concierge internist before the term was invented. She is available 24/7, answering promptly, always aware of who I am and what my medical history is each and every time. She has no partners, and knows her patients' history and medications thoroughly. Lisa, there is no 'they', so I know your review is false.
